# AI roleplay

> Practice real-life conversations with an AI partner that adapts to your style, goals, and speaking level.

## Overview

AI Roleplay lets you practice real conversations before they happen.\
You choose an AI conversation partner, and it responds in that role using what it knows about you to keep the dialogue natural and relevant. It helps you practice the sentences you’ll actually need in real life, so your speaking skills improve faster and with more confidence.

## How it works

    You can choose an AI partner you want to talk to, or create a custom one tailored to your needs.

    As you speak with the AI, you can receive instant feedback and practice naturally.\
    If you want help expressing something, type a few keywords to get a suggested sentence or press **Get suggestions** / hit Enter on an empty input to let Glass propose the next line based on context.
