Google Meet is ideal for practicing real conversations with people outside the community, including friends, tutors, colleagues, or language partners. Glass helps you speak more clearly by supporting you throughout your call and guiding you through natural, real-life conversations.

## How it works

1. In Glass, click **Start Call**.
2. Select [**Real Talk Mode**](/essentials/real-time-suggestion).
3. Join your Google Meet meeting.
4. When the screen-share window appears, **select your Google Meet window** and **turn on the Share system audio** toggle.
5. Keep Glass and Google Meet open side by side and start your conversation.
